About the Business

Orla HR provides SMEs with tactical, operational and strategic HR support through business owner and Lead Consultant, Nadine McGrath.

Nadine is extremely passionate about Cirencester and the surrounding area, having relocated to the town following a childhood of family holidays in and around the Cotswold Water Park. As a local resident, Nadine along with her husband and two small children, is passionate about investing in the local community and spends much of her time outside of work in the local cafes, parks, shops and restaurants. 

She is dedicated to providing bespoke, expert led HR strategies and services with a range of hourly, monthly and fixed price fees to ensure that support can be provided flexibly and affordably to meet business’ needs to ensure that businesses can invest, develop and retain their people and build profitable and high performing businesses through the engagement and performance of their people.
