Entries are invited from any individual working within a business – whether a one-man-band, an employer or an employee. This person will be an inspiration to us all, highly successful within their field, valued within their business for making a real difference and having made a huge contribution.  Judges will be looking for evidence of business growth through leadership, innovation, job creation, community involvement etc.
